Before writing, I spent years in customer service, chatting with real people and learning how to speak human, not robot. Why
I’ve always been captivated by stories, especially fantasy. The way a great narrative can pull you in, make you feel, and shift your perspective has always fascinated me. What inspires me is how a well-crafted message can do the same thing in real life.

Before I write anything, I look for spots where your messaging and funnel could be pulling more weight. The goal is to connect with people in a way that positions YOU as the best solution and doesn't come off too try-hardy.
